Imagination and Growth Create Happiness; I'm Exploring my Inner Sculptress

After two successful shows, I'm ready to return to the clay studio and get my hands muddy. I'm excited to explore my inner sculptress by working on larger pieces for the outdoors, many more lamps, and building an inventory of birdhouses for the fall. The studio shelves are full of lovely work, perfect for the wedding-giving season ahead. So much to be excited for.

What's the best possible experience for an artist at a craft show?

The best experience is to make expenses and some profit on the first morning. That's what happened to me this past weekend at TileFest held at the TileWorks of Bucks County in Doylestown, Pa. This scenario allows you to relax and appreciate everyone enjoying the event as an activity, who aren't necessarily shopping, but sometimes they are. I had two such experiences that were delightfully fun that I want to share with you.

Many cultures honor the sun, from the ancient Egyptians to our own native Americans. As the national flower of Ukraine, sunflowers are enchanting, which is why I've made a selection of tiles with the proceeds going to Sunflower for Peace.
