Design Process

We can connect in the studio or online via Zoom, FaceTime, or Facebook. To prepare, gather your favorite:

  • Colors, patterns, and photos

  • Images of family, pets, garden, or collections

  • Room dimensions plus cabinet or countertop samples

  • Anything that shows the style or feeling you want

Next Steps:

  • I can create a scaled drawing for $500

  • Or you can trust me to design directly on the tiles

Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit starts the project. You’ll get two chances to request changes. You’ll receive photos and videos during glazing and a final image for approval before completing payment.

Pricing and Details

Field tiles (single color): $100 per sq ft
Hand-painted custom tiles: $500 per sq ft

Square Footage Calculation:
Multiply length (in inches) × width (in inches), then divide by 144.

Turnaround:
Approximately 8 weeks depending on project size and complexity.

Ordering Tips:

  • For projects over 20 sq ft, order 10% extra tile

  • For smaller projects, order 5% extra

  • Kiln firing can vary; ordering all your tile at once ensures consistency.
