Tile Making:
SESSION 2: Wednesday
3/11, 3/13, 3/24, 4/1, 4/8, and 4/15, 6:00 - 9:00
pm
This class is for advanced clay
workers who would like to do a tile project for their
own home. Students will need to be proficient in the
technique they will be using for their project and able
to make well crafted tiles. I will not be drawing your
idea or making tiles. We’ll design and trouble
shoot your project and calculate your tile sizes. As
well as plan where the grout lines will go, as not to
detract from the overall design. We’ll cover how
to square your tiles when they go into the kiln perfect
and come out of the bisque skewed. The class will include
a session on how to install and the products to use.
$600.00 plus material fee.
